Data Deletion

Your right to erasure — we make it simple.

What data do we hold?

When you interact with an Immo AI-powered assistant through WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram Direct, or Line, we may store:

  • Your name and contact details (phone number or email)
  • Rental preferences shared during the conversation
  • Your full conversation history with the AI assistant
  • Metadata provided by the messaging platform (message timestamps, read receipts)
  • Viewing appointment details if a booking was made

How to request data deletion

You have the right to request deletion of all personal data we hold about you. To submit a deletion request:

Subject: "Data Deletion Request"

Please include in your request:

  • Your full name
  • The phone number or email address you used when contacting the AI assistant
  • The messaging channel used (WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, or Line)
  • Approximate date(s) of the interaction, if known

What happens next?

Acknowledgment

We will confirm receipt of your request within 72 hours.

Verification

We may ask you to verify your identity to protect against unauthorized deletion requests.

Deletion

All personal data associated with your request will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Confirmation

We will send you a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Important notes

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

We may retain anonymized, non-identifiable data for statistical purposes.

If you were connected via Facebook/Meta or Line, also review your data settings directly on those platforms.

Property agencies that used our platform to communicate with you may retain their own records independently of Immo AI.
